AZAR, has many meanings, it means “fire” in Persian, and “opportunity,” “luck” or “destiny” in Spanish, it also resembles the phonetics of the Spanish verb “asar” which means to grill. Azar captures the birth of an eclectic vision of an open-fire restaurant.
